New opening hotel are seeking friendly and customer-focused Front Desk Representatives to join our team at our newly opened hotel in Middleburg Heights. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. Full-time and part-time positions are available for all shifts, including 7 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, and 11 pm to 7 am.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate registration and billing processes.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for effective resolution.

Answer phone calls and manage reservations using the hotel's reservation system.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.

Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and efficient hotel operations.

Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems are a plus.
