A hotel in Canfield is looking for an experienced Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk to join their team!


Summary: The Night Auditor / Front Desk Clerk is responsible for providing excellent guest service during overnight hours while balancing and reconciling the hotel’s daily financial transactions. This role combines customer service, administrative duties, and accounting tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, and inquiries
  • Balance daily transactions, verify room charges, and prepare audit reports
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage room assignments
  • Monitor hotel premises, handle emergencies, and ensure guest safety overnight
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Generate and distribute daily financial and occupancy reports to management


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Basic accounting knowledge and ability to reconcile financial records
  • Computer proficiency (hotel management systems, MS Office)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and handle overnight shifts
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail


Pay Rate: $15/hour


Shift: 11pm-7am (Must have open availability to work both weeknights and weekend nights)
