About the Opportunity
We're growing and looking for several Commercial HVAC Installers to join our team! Whether you're an experienced foreman, a skilled journeyman, or an apprentice just starting your career, we have a place for you.
Position Summary
In this role, you'll assist in the installation and setup of HVAC systems and related components for commercial projects. You'll work with an experienced team to ensure every system is installed safely, accurately, and up to code—while helping maintain a positive, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Install and assemble commercial HVAC systems and components according to plans and specifications.

Cut, thread, and prepare pipe using standard tools such as cutters, torches, and threading machines.

Fabricate, fit, and install sheet metal ductwork and related HVAC assemblies.

Set, align, and secure HVAC units; perform rough-in and trim of duct systems.

Connect wiring between equipment and controls using provided wiring diagrams.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, teammates, and customers.

Ensure work quality meets or exceeds company and industry standards.

Perform additional duties as needed or directed.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED required.

Previous HVAC installation experience preferred—but apprentices and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!

EPA certification and/or HVAC Journeyman license are pluses.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics a plus.

Dependable, honest, and safety-minded.

Capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Must pass background and drug screening.

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in varying temperature and weather conditions.
Work Environment
This position involves working on active commercial construction sites. Conditions may include:

Exposure to outdoor elements, noise, and mechanical equipment.

Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and working at heights.

Occasional work inside office or warehouse environments for prep or meetings.

Physical Demands

Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.

Frequent use of tools and manual equipment.

Must be able to safely lift and move materials up to 50–100 lbs as needed.
