Lincoln is seeking a qualified Project Manager Assistant with 2 to 5 years’ experience in Structural/Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Construction Technology who is interested in joining a Rockstar Team. The right individual will be an ambitious, creative, hardworking, ethical and fun driven team player!

Project Pre-construction Support
Project Estimating Support
- Quantitative take-off and pricing
- Electronic and hard plan experience
Project Manager Support
- Job Management and direct the flow/direction with active projects
- Job Scheduling with hard and software programing
- Change order support
- Creating and publishing meeting notes and documentation with clients, contractors and vendors
- Submittal and shop drawing review with projected and current job conditions
Active Construction Site Superintendent Support
- Plans and specifications
- Project documentation
- Means and methods of material placement
- Daily and weekly scheduling
- Coordination with various trade contractors
