Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Machine Operator Helper to support our production line. This role is a great entry point into manufacturing, assisting skilled operators to maintain workflow, quality, and safety.
Shifts Available
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Note: All new hires must complete one week of paid training on the 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM) before moving to their assigned shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load raw materials into machinery and unload finished products.
- Machine Assistance: Support operators with machine startup, monitoring, and basic adjustments.
- Quality & Inspection: Perform routine visual checks on products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintenance & Cleanliness: Help with routine cleaning and lubrication of equipment; maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
Requirements
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Aptitude: Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Mindset: Strong commitment to safety and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience: Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
