Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential and light commercial HVAC installations
- Ability to install HVAC equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and local codes
- Experience with Mini splits, boilers, tankless water heaters, and combi boilers
- Proficient in duct installation and repair (flex and metal)
- Knowledge of flues, line sets, condensate drains, and wiring (low and high voltage)
- Reclaiming refrigerant and adjusting system parameters
- Basic diagnosis of HVAC systems
- EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- High School diploma or equivalent
