We are looking for an experienced Attorney with expertise in corporate law to join a prominent client in Uniontown. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of legal matters, including transactional work, contracts, and labor and employment issues. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong analytical skills who can manage complex legal tasks effectively.


Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and review corporate transactional agreements to ensure compliance and protect the organization's interests.

• Provide legal advice on labor and employment matters, including policies, procedures, and compliance with applicable laws.

• Prepare and evaluate construction contracts, ensuring clarity and adherence to regulations.

• Handle employment contracts, offering legal guidance on terms and conditions.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making and mitigate potential risks.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address corporate legal needs and provide practical solutions.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of corporate law and stay updated on relevant legislative changes.

• Represent the organization in legal proceedings or negotiations as required.

• Develop strategies to address legal challenges while minimizing liabilities.

• Ensure all legal documentation is accurate, thorough, and adheres to established standards.

• Proven expertise in corporate law with a strong background in transactional matters.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, including construction and employment agreements.
• Solid understanding of labor and employment laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex legal issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio.
