We are seeking a skilled and experienced A-Level Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent diagnostic skills, and the ability to perform advanced maintenance and repair work with minimal supervision.
As an A-Level Technician, you’ll play a critical role in delivering top-quality service to our customers, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and performance.
Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment and systems according to manufacturer standards.

Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on complex mechanical, electrical, and/or hydraulic systems.

Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently, including work orders and inspection reports.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior technicians (B and C level).

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.

Communicate clearly with customers and team members to provide updates and recommendations.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

5+ years of experience as a service technician or equivalent technical role.

Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex systems.

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or hydraulic principles.

Proficient with diagnostic tools, service software, and technical documentation.

Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
