Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Obetz, OH

Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday (School Hours)
School Year: 20252026
Overview:
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for the upcoming school year in Obetz, Ohio. The SLP will support students across elementary and/or secondary grades, providing direct therapy, evaluations, and consultation in a collaborative educational setting. This is an onsite, school-based position working with a multidisciplinary team to help students succeed in communication and language development.
Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals

Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations using standardized assessment tools

Develop IEPs and participate in meetings with families and team members

Collaborate with teachers, intervention specialists, and related service providers

Maintain timely documentation and progress reporting as required by the district

Support students with a variety of communication needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Ohio SLP license issued by the Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Pupil Services License or willingness to obtain

Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required
