What You’ll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll play a vital role in empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives. Every day will bring meaningful opportunities to make a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and positive environment for individuals in your care.
- Assist with community engagement, outings, and activities to promote independence and socialization.
- Monitor and document individuals’ progress and needs to ensure quality care.
- Collaborate with team members and families to create and implement personalized care plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or providing care.
