Job DescriptionImmigration Paralegal(Spanish) The Nemecek Firm. is seeking a detail-oriented, driven individual, who is looking for a career as a paralegal. The paralegal will assist attorney(s) in the preparation and filing of immigration applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills and a strong passion for helping immigrants. Proficiency in Spanish plus English is required. Key job duties include: 
<ul>
<li>Communicating with clients and third parties to obtain documents.</li>
<li>Reviewing documents from clients.</li>
<li>Drafting forms and legal documents for attorney review.</li>
<li>Tracking tasks and managing deadlines.</li>
<li>Learning and understanding immigration processes.</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree + at least 1 year of office experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Fluency in English at a native level.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Spanish.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proficiency in Creole is a plus!</li>
<li>Strong writing and organization skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li>
</ul>
