ResponsibilitiesAutomotive Finance Manager
Assist customers in securing financing for vehicle purchases by presenting loan and lease options.
Work with lenders to obtain the best possible financing terms for customers.
Ensure all financial transactions comply with dealership policies, lender guidelines, and legal requirements.
Explain financial terms, warranties, and aftermarket products in a clear and transparent manner.
Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Accurately prepare and process all finance and lease paperwork, including contracts and title documents.
Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient deal closings.
Uphold compliance with all state and federal lending regulations, including truth-in-lending and privacy laws.
Drive revenue by selling extended warranties, service contracts, GAP insurance, and other finance-related products.
QualificationsAutomotive Finance Manager:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or in a similar dealership finance role HIGHLY preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and lender guidelines.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to present financing options effectively.
- Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations regarding auto financing.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and customers.
- Proficiency in DMS and finance software (e.g. Tekion is a PLUS)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
