Job DescriptionAs a Maintenance Technician, you’ll work on a maintenance team assisting residents for a housing community in Chillicothe, Ohio. You’ll operate basic hand tools, follow safety procedures and conduct routine maintenance of property and equipment. Responsibilities:
- Respond to and complete work orders
- Conduct routine maintenance of buildings and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to trouble shoot issues as they arise
- Previous maintenance experience
