ComResource is looking for a Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure.
We need someone to assist in delivering secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure across hybrid, cloud, and on-prem environments.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute infrastructure strategy for hybrid/on-prem environments
- Oversee enterprise networking, firewalls, and secure connectivity
- Manage servers, storage, clustering, and high availability systems
- Ensure performance and security of enterprise databases
- Oversee voice/data telecommunications and collaboration systems
- Implement automation and Infrastructure-as-Code practices
- Implement Zero Trust, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks
- Lead monitoring, performance tuning, and observability
- Maintain DR and business continuity plans
- Manage SCCM/InTune for patching and compliance reporting
- Own IT change-management processes
- Manage vendor relationships and infrastructure budgets
- Recruit and develop a high-performing infrastructure team
- Maintain policy, governance, and audit readiness
Essentials:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure roles; 4–6 years in leadership
- Cloud migration and hybrid architecture experience
- Expertise in networking, virtualization, and security
- Experience with Windows Server, AD/Azure AD, VMware, Hyper-V
- SCCM/InTune management expertise
Desired:
- Azure, VMware, Cisco, ITIL, CISSP/CISM certifications
- Experience driving automation-first infrastructure practices
