The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil litigation and be adept at handling legal processes such as drafting motions and conducting discovery.
Responsibilities:
• Handle probate and estate planning cases with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Draft and review legal motions, briefs, and other necessary documentation.
• Conduct discovery processes, including gathering evidence and preparing for trials.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation in civil litigation matters.
• Collaborate with clients to develop effective estate planning strategies.
• Stay updated on legal developments and changes in probate law.
• Represent clients effectively in court proceedings related to probate and estate issues.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and ethical practices in all cases handled.• Must be a licensed attorney with active credentials.
• At least 2 years of experience in probate and estate planning.
• Proficiency in civil litigation processes and legal documentation.
• Strong skills in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Familiarity with discovery procedures and trial preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
