AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Concession Lead, On-Call.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure concession stands are prepared and fully stocked prior to service
- Requisition additional product as needed throughout the event
- Validate beginning and ending inventory counts
- Supervise nonprofit organization group members; train on proper service techniques
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items in correct proportions; follow established procedures, standards and recipes
- Participate in set up of stand and food to be served at concession stand
- Perform clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area
- Follow proper guest service procedures whenever interacting with others by smiling, making eye contact and greeting guests
Requirements:
- Customer oriented
- Previous food service supervisory experience preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
