Compensation:
$16 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various cell phone models.
- Provide exceptional customer service by professionally addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in cell phone technology and repair techniques.
- Ensure that all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Preferred but not required: proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field; we are open to training the right candidate.
- Strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for keeping up with the latest technology.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions.
- Reliable individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to high-quality execution in all tasks.
