Compensation:

50% Commission on Services

10% Commission on Retail Sales
(This is a commission-based position; earnings depend on performance and client base.)
Responsibilities:

Provide a full range of hair services, including cuts, color, styling, and treatments

Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services and products

Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation and salon areas

Promote and sell retail products to enhance client results

Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent service and follow-up

Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices
