Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects for a leading Developer/General Contractor. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple large commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates and address concerns.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction sector.
• Proven experience with large-scale projects, particularly in big box retail or similar environments, including SITE WORK.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
