Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects for a leading Developer/General Contractor. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple large commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates and address concerns.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction sector.
- Proven experience with large-scale projects, particularly in big box retail or similar environments, including SITE WORK.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
