Field Service Technician (Channel)

Job Description

Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain induction heating systems.
• Work with single and three-phase AC circuitry (480V and higher).
• Assist with furnace refractory installation and troubleshooting.
• Maintain strong customer relations.
• Work in adverse environmental conditions.
• Support manufacturing, test, and assembly departments.
• Train junior personnel.
• Handle customer calls and technical documentation.
• Assist Service Department staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to be successful:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1+ year industry experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, good credit, ability to obtain/maintain U.S. passport.
• Familiarity with brickwork and refractory systems.
• Ability to climb ladders and work in industrial settings.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and work independently.
