Pharmacy Technician (Closed-Door, Medical Device Pharmacy)
Location: Twinsburg, OH 44087
Schedule: Full-Time / 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $19.00–$21.00 per hour paid biweekly
Employment Type: W2 job assignment with opportunity for conversion to direct based on attendance and performance. Temp-to-Hire.
Work Environment: On-site (Not Remote) in a closed-door, medical supplies (DME) pharmacy.
About the Role:
We are seeking a state licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of prescription medical devices to patients. As part of our pharmacy operations team, you will support order fulfillment, billing, and communications with patients, providers, and cross-functional departments. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the opportunity for long-term placement for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Fulfill and repackage prescription medical device orders with accuracy and care.

Perform order entry and insurance billing for prescription devices.

Maintain accurate inventory and ensure all products are within expiration dates.

Conduct inbound and outbound calls with patients and physicians.

Communicate professionally with internal departments, external vendors, and healthcare providers.

Adhere to all SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

2+ years of experience in any pharmacy setting (retail, long-term care (LTC), or mail-order).

Active Pharmacy Technician Registration with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy. National certification preferred, not required.

Must provide proof of up-to-date continuing education (CEs).

Reliable transportation to commute to the on-site location (this is not a remote position).

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Experience with insurance billing is a plus.
Work Environment:
This role operates in a structured, professional pharmacy setting under close supervision. Training will be provided, and all work is reviewed for accuracy to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
