We are seeking a LISW/LPCC Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
• Provide individual and family therapy to clients struggling with various mental health and behavioral health concerns.
• Assess client needs and develop treatment plans that include measurable objectives and strategies.
• Conduct regular evaluations of client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Stay informed about best practices and developments in the field of mental health.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current LISW license in the state of Ohio.
• At least 2 years experience practicing as a mental health/behavioral health clinician.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle a caseload effectively.
Working Conditions:
• Role may be part-time, or flexible hours depending on the contract agreement.
• Must adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines outlined by the professional governing bodies.
