2nd shift Factory Worker – Light

Lake County, OH | Full-Time | $19.80/hour once on 2nd shift

Train from 10am-8:30 for the 1st week, then 12:30-11pm standard 2nd shift schedule

Start your career in manufacturing with hands-on training and a supportive team. We’re hiring Factory Workers to perform light-duty tasks on our production line. Manufacturing experience required with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Spot welding and cutting metal cloth
• Perform basic tasks on a production line
• Follow instructions from production forepersons
• Monitor materials and sort/count items
• Pack and label cartons accurately
• Keep your workstation clean and safe
• Follow all safety guidelines
• Assist with other duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• On-the-job training provided

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for long periods
• Must wear hearing and eye protection
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
