Employment Opportunity: Project Architect

CBLH Design is seeking a Project Architect to join our growing, creative design team. We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, design and coordination of large, complex projects
  • Lead the production of technical construction documents
  • Conduct building code and permitting reviews
  • Prepare and edit project specifications
  • Coordinate with design partners, clients and engineering consultants


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited university
  • Architectural License required
  • Proficiency in Revit preferred (but not required)
  • Strong communication, organization and presentation skills
