Employment Opportunity: Project Architect
CBLH Design is seeking a Project Architect to join our growing, creative design team. We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, design and coordination of large, complex projects
- Lead the production of technical construction documents
- Conduct building code and permitting reviews
- Prepare and edit project specifications
- Coordinate with design partners, clients and engineering consultants
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Architectural License required
- Proficiency in Revit preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication, organization and presentation skills
