Rate: $20–$22/hour | Equivalent to ~$41,600 – $45,760/year

About the Role
Our client’s team is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Electronic Technician to join in a role that combines hands-on electronics repair with customer-facing support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both solving technical challenges and directly helping customers. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and test electronic products while also walking customers through basic fixes and providing clear explanations of repair outcomes.
What You’ll Do

Provide phone-based customer support, guiding users through troubleshooting steps and simple fixes.

Perform repair work on returned products, including soldering, part replacement, and failure diagnosis.

Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to resolve issues.

Document and communicate repair findings in a clear, professional manner.

Ensure customer satisfaction through patience, problem-solving, and clear communication.
