Job DescriptionLocated in Blue Ash, OH Salary: $18-22 an hour Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Sharonville, OH Compensation:$18-22 an hour Key Responsibilities:

<li>Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sweeping, and trash removal</li>
<li>Conduct routine inspections and minor repairs of warehouse equipment and building systems</li>
<li>Report major repair needs to supervisors or facility managers</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, organized, and hazard-free work environment</li>
<li>Assist with loading/unloading, as needed</li>
<li>Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li>
<li>Previous maintenance experience</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of hand and power tools</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented</li>
