Full-Time Service Support Representative
Classic MINI, located in Willoughby Hills, Ohio, is seeking a full-time Service Support Representative to join our Service Department team.
This role is essential in ensuring our service aisle runs smoothly each day. The Service Support Representative supports the flow of vehicles through the service process—from arrival to customer delivery—while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain organization and vehicle traffic flow in the service aisle

Park and move vehicles to designated areas
-
Assist the Foreman with bringing vehicles in for technician service
-
Greet and assist customers during drop-off and pick-up
-
Perform quality checks to ensure vehicles are clean and customer-ready
-
Conduct walkaround videos for service documentation

Check-in and check-out loaner vehicles with customers
-
Support shop cleanliness and facility appearance standards
