Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs on HVAC systems.
• Use troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to HVAC equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities for accountability.
• Collaborate with staff and management to identify operational improvements.

Required Skill Sets:

• Preferred but not required: valid HVAC certification/license.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems for minor repairs.
• Quick issue identification and efficient correction methods.
• Strong organizational skills for prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift 75 lbs and perform necessary maintenance duties.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance or related field.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Workdays begin in Fairfield, OH, with varying locations in Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern KY.
• Additional certifications in plumbing, electrical work, or general maintenance are preferred.
