Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced Radiologic Technologist to provide vital diagnostic imaging services in a hospital environment. This contract position offers a dynamic role involving the use of diagnostic X-rays to care for outpatients, inpatients, and Emergency Department patients. The role may also include performing portable imaging, fluoroscopy, and assisting in surgical imaging procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic radiographic imaging while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Operate portable X-ray equipment for bedside and emergency imaging.
  • Assist in fluoroscopy and surgical imaging as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and image documentation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Participate in orientation and training provided to support role integration.
  • Work during holidays as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid state ODH license.
  • ARRT certification.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Proven experience as a Radiographer in a hospital setting.
  • Proficient in diagnostic X-ray imaging, including portable modalities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong attention to detail and patient-centered approach.
