MEP Engineer
Location: Cincinnati, OH - Hybrid
Position Overview
The MEP Engineer is responsible for designing and managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of building projects. This role involves collaborating with architects and other engineers to ensure efficient and sustainable design solutions that meet project specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop MEP systems for new construction and renovation projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee installation of systems to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare and review technical documents, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in HVAC design and implementation.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
