We are seeking an experienced and passionate Luxury Automotive Technician to join our elite team.Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on luxury vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards.
- Use diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting and vehicle programming.
- Conduct multi-point inspections and document findings accurately.
- Collaborate with service advisors to ensure clear communication with clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Ensure achievement of CSI/NPS targets.
Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or GED (technical study in the field preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician (luxury brand experience preferred).
- ASE certification(s) or OEM factory certifications (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, etc.) are a plus.
- Proficient with diagnostic equipment and computer-based repair systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
