We are seeking LPN's and RN's to work shifts and join our home health team! We currently have openings in Blacklick and Plain City, but we get new patient referrals every day. We seek nurses who are compassionate, know their stuff, communicate well and enjoy what they do.
Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Perform initial and follow-up evaluations
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate patient medical records and time reporting
- Work toward the patient's medical goals
Qualifications:
- Previous Nursing experience in home health care is a plus but not required
- Ability to build rapport with patients and good communication skills
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing and holds a Current Ohio Nursing license
- 24-36 hours per week shift work (this can go to 60 if you are looking for full time)
- Also home visits with multiple patients (RN or LPN)
