What You’ll Do:
- Conduct hands-on leasing activities utilizing OneSite Management software
- Ensure consistently high levels of service and satisfaction for residents
- Improve property curb appeal and maintain overall site condition
- Oversee REAC, MOR, and other HUD-related inspections and compliance requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; OneSite experience preferred
- Background in HUD or senior living management
- 1 year of experience in housing management
- Independent, organized, and effective communicator
