What Youll Do

As our Leasing Specialist, youll be the heart of the community experience:

• Welcome future residents and guide them through the leasing journey
• Showcase apartment homes with confidence and personality
• Use strong sales techniques to meetandsleighyour leasing goals
• Deliver top-tier customer service to residents, guests, and prospects
• Assist with resident communication, tours, market surveys, and office tasks
• Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and inviting office, clubhouse, and models

Physical Requirements

You should be comfortable walking the community, lifting up to 25 lbs. and keeping the property looking tour ready.
