Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing 6 salary direct reports and 24 indirect reports
- Will have P&L responsibility, oversee and direct production and handle all production and scrap reports
- Will be hands-on and have floor presence
Key Requirements
- Rubber molding experience (Injection, compression or transfer)
- Leadership experience (Ops manager, product manager, manufacturing manager, technical manager, engineering manager)
