QA Engineer (Cincinnati, OH)
Location: Onsite, Cincinnati, OH (5 days/week)
Openings: 10
Pay: $30-$35/hr on W2
Duration: Ongoing / Mass hire
Experience: 3-5 years as a QA engineer
Responsibilities:
Execute software quality assurance, testing, and validation to ensure product reliability and performance
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Perform functional, regression, and system testing
Identify, document, and track defects to resolution
Collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements and ensure coverage
Participate in daily standups and sprint reviews, contributing to Agile QA processes
Requirements:
3-5 years of direct QA Engineer experience (manual or automation)
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and defect lifecycle
Experience testing web and/or mobile applications
Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Must be local to Cincinnati, OH and available to work onsite full-time 5 days
