What You’ll Do:
- Plan and lead engaging group and individual activities such as arts and crafts, games, music, and social events
- Encourage resident participation while respecting individual preferences and abilities
- Collaborate with the Life Enrichment team to design creative and inclusive programs
- Track attendance and gather feedback to improve activity offerings
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents through daily interactions
What We’re Looking For:
- Creative thinking and enthusiasm for planning fun, purposeful activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, patient attitude and a genuine interest in working with older adults
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Previous experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required
