Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Maximo Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will focus on leveraging Maximo (both on-premises and cloud versions) to support maintenance planning, inventory management, and system integrations within the oil and gas sector. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in Maximo and contribute to optimizing critical business processes.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans using Maximo to address system-generated demand.
• Manage work orders and inventory levels, including setting and maintaining minimum and maximum thresholds within Maximo.
• Create and oversee purchase requisitions in Maximo to streamline procurement workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Maximo with Oracle systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Maximo configurations.
• Provide guidance on system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct API development and client-side scripting to customize Maximo functionalities.
• Document processes and configurations to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing technical support as needed.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend enhancements to align Maximo processes with business goals.• Proven experience working with Maximo in both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Strong background in the oil and gas industry, specifically in maintenance planning and inventory management.
• Expertise in integrating Maximo with Oracle systems.
• Solid understanding of work order and purchase requisition processes within Maximo.
• Proficiency in client-side scripting and API development.
• Ability to create and interpret business requirement documents.
• Familiarity with configuration management and system optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
