We are looking for a reliable CNC Programmer to create, edit, and improve CNC programs used to produce quality parts. This role works closely with machinists and supervisors to ensure jobs are completed safely, accurately, and on time.

Responsibilities:

<li>Create and edit CNC programs for milling and/or turning machines</li>
<li>Set up and test programs to ensure accuracy</li>
<li>Read and understand blueprints and technical drawings</li>
<li>Select proper tools, speeds, and feeds</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and fix program or machining issues</li>
<li>Work with machinists to improve efficiency and quality</li>
<li>Follow all safety and quality standards</li>

Requirements:
&nbsp;

<li>Experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role</li>
<li>Knowledge of G-code and CNC machines</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools</li>
<li>Basic understanding of machining processes and materials</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li>
