Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Server and Guest Experience Representative to join our team! The Par Tender is the face of our restaurant and plays an integral role in our customers golf and dining experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, setup golf rounds, and serve food and drinks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Take food and beverage orders from customers
• Answer questions about the menu, golf simulators, and preparation
• Provide ongoing assistance to golfers
• Check with customers periodically during their meals and rounds to ensure they are satisfied
• Take orders from customers for food and beverages
• Provide customers with their checks at the end of the golf, meal, drink experience, and process payment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server is preferred
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
