\n \n\n \n\nCritical Care Float Pool RN
\nShift: Weekend | 3x12s | 13:00PM – 1:30AM (36 hours/week)
\nDescription:
\nJoin our Critical Care Float Pool for weekend night shifts with flexibility to meet unit needs as they arise. Nurses will float to a variety of ICUs based on staffing and patient acuity, including:
\n• Neuro ICU
\n• Surgical ICUs
\n• Medical ICUs (MICU x2)
\n• Cardiology/Diagnostics
\n• CVICU
\n• SICU / MICU / NCCU
\nFloat Policy:
\nNurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity.
\nRequirements:
\n• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
\n• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS – Required
\n• Proficiency with EPIC – Required
\n• Must have:
\no IV Start
\no Telemetry
\no Ventilator management experience
\nPrevious travel nursing experience strongly preferred
