Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A part-time opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support pediatric students in a K-8 school setting in Westerville, OH. This contract position begins in late August and runs through the academic year, offering 2 to 3 days per week of service. The role involves sharing the caseload with an on-site SLP and providing teletherapy as needed.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Ohio SLP license required; willingness to obtain OH teaching certification preferred
  • Experience in pediatric healthcare and school-based SLP services
  • Teletherapy proficiency is a must
  • Pediatric Focused, including K-8 student populations
  • Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) completion strongly preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred but flexible for the right person

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and deliver therapy to students with various disabilities
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Support flexible scheduling and adapt services between on-site and teletherapy formats
  • Maintain compliance with Ohio educational and healthcare standards
  • Document progress and communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Location: Westerville, Ohio (within a K-8 school environment)Employment Type: Contract, Part-Time (2-3 days per week)Duration: Academic school year starting August 21, 2025, through May (exact end date TBD)
