Job Responsibilities:"

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA."
• Supervise and support RBTs and other paraprofessionals, ensuring treatment fidelity and accurate data collection."
• Monitor client progress, collect and analyze data, and make program adjustments as necessary to support treatment goals."
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients."
• Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is accurate, confidential, and in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations."
• Provide training and professional development opportunities for RBTs and other team members."
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior analysis and therapeutic interventions."

Qualifications:"

• Active Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)."

Preferred/Nice to have:"

• Previous experience working in a school setting, ideally as a BCaBA."
