Job DescriptionAs a Dip Operator, you will be responsible for performing essential tasks in the production process, including dipping components, monitoring quality, and ensuring efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, works well in a manufacturing setting, and is committed to maintaining safety and quality standards.Responsibilities:
- Perform dip coating operations while following precise specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect components for proper coating coverage and identify any defects.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently to ensure smooth production flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
