About the Role:
The MRO Technician supports manufacturing operations by managing Maintenance, Repair, and Operations materials that are critical to equipment uptime and maintenance efficiency. This role ensures the right parts, tools, and supplies are stocked, organized, and available to support maintenance and production teams in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

Manage and organize MRO inventory, including maintenance, repair, and operations supplies.

Ensure critical spare parts are stocked, tracked, and available when needed.

Monitor inventory levels, usage, and reorder points to prevent downtime.

Work closely with maintenance and production teams to support equipment reliability.

Source parts, place purchase orders, and manage vendor relationships.

Maintain accurate inventory records, part documentation, and stock locations.

Improve storeroom organization and inventory control processes.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to MRO systems and cost control.
Qualifications:

Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance environment.

Strong understanding of maintenance parts, tools, and industrial equipment.

Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and industrial components.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to read part numbers, manuals, and equipment documentation.

Comfortable working around production equipment and maintenance teams.
Desired Qualifications:

Previous experience in MRO inventory management or storeroom operations.
