Job Description:
Are you passionate about precision and detail? Our client, a leader in high-quality, precision-machined components, is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to ensure that every product meets their exacting standards. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.Responsibilities
- Inspect precision-machined parts using calipers, micrometers, and other hand tools
- Perform visual inspections and dimensional checks per blueprint and job specifications
- Document and report non-conformances
- Complete inspection records and maintain accurate data
- Work closely with machinists and team leads to identify and resolve quality issues
- Follow company and industry quality standards and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Skilled in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
- Familiarity with ISO or other quality systems a plus
- Basic computer and data entry skills
