Job DescriptionMBS is hiring a QA Associate in Cincinnati, OH. This position is full-time, temp to hire opportunity. FULL JOB DESCRIPTIONPRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
- Review production data for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with SOPs.
- Verify laboratory data and quality records to identify errors or discrepancies.
- Support QA/QC processes by monitoring data, documentation, and operational practices.
- Collaborate with production and laboratory staff to resolve issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate QA records and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data/document review.
- Knowledge of quality assurance or QC processes in a production/lab environment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1–3 years of QA, QC, or related experience preferred.
- Prior 3rd shift experience preferred.
- Experience in production, laboratory, or regulated environment a plus.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
- Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
- Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Communication skills.
