The Compounder mixes raw materials according to formulas to support film and foil production. This role focuses on accuracy, safety, and quality in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Measure, weigh, and mix materials per batch instructions
- Operate mixing and material-handling equipment
- Verify material accuracy and batch quality
- Complete basic production and batch documentation
- Keep work area clean and follow safety procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing experience a plus, not required
- Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math
- Attention to detail and safety-focused mindset
