LHH is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Technician with 4+ years of experience in the quality assurance field. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment and is passionate about driving quality excellence across processes and products.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Utilize precision measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, CMM) to verify product specifications.

Document and report non-conformances; assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action planning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues.

Maintain calibration records and ensure inspection equipment is functioning accurately.

Support internal and external audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Assist in training team members on quality procedures and best practices.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.

Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ CQT) are a plus.
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $68,000.00 per year
