Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! This person will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and facility systems to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, mechanical systems, and facility systems.
- Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Support equipment installations and process improvement projects.
- Maintain maintenance logs and documentation.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
- Experience with CNC controls and PLCs a plus.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Journeyman card or technical certifications preferred.
